Loy Bowlin and Nek Chand Artist Overview
Create!
What you will need
Tube of liquid glue (we are using glitter glue), a 3×3-inch mat board square, an assortment of beads, gems, or other small materials, and sticky back magnet strips. This kit is currently being featured in the Social STUDIO as one of the free STUDIO Projects visitors can take home to do. Plan your visit and grab a kit.
Step 1
Gather your materials and begin by making a plan. Using the paper template, arrange your beads and gems in a way you like. You can include other small materials you already have as well!
Step 2
Use the liquid glue to apply your arrangement onto the mat board. Squeeze a small dot of the glue onto the mat board and place your gem or bead gently onto it.
Step 3
Leave your finished design to dry overnight.
Step 4
When your design is dry, gently turn over your piece and attach the magnet strip to the back of your mat board.
